TITALIZING CHEESE BALLS
1 tub cream cheese spread
2 cups shredded cheddar
1/4 cup finely chopped chives
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1/4 cup grated parmesan
2 olives with pimento
assorted crackers

1. Mix cream cheese, cheddar, chives, and ground red pepper.
2. Refrigerate one hour.
3. Divide into two balls. Shape as desired.
4. Coat with parmesan cheese.
5. Put one olive on top of each.
6 Put assorted crackers around them and serve on a tray.
