COCKTAIL RECIPES - ANGRY RED SOW

ANGRY RED SOW
1/4 tsp. Ginger
1/2 tsp. Wasabi paste
1/2 tsp. Crushed garlic
1 tbsp. Lemon juice
2 dashes soy sauce
Dash of fresh cracked pepper
1 shot of vodka
1 cup of ice
3 ounces tomato juice
1 tsp. Lime
2 slices of celery

1. Salt rim of glass and chill
2. Combine first six ingredients and mix into paste
3. Stir in Vodka
4. Pour into mixing glass
5. Fill chilled glass with libation and ice
6. Garnish with celery
