Oxford and surrounding villages
Below are some pics of some very cool places Nick and I went to. All of these villages
are a few hundred years old, some dating back to the 16th century. The people are all
very friendly and you can find very good food in the local pubs. Of course, you need
to have a cold pint with every meal. ;)

Oxford
The university town is really impressive with the ancient architecture and academic culture.

A local Oxford building
I thought this building looked impressive because it looks a bit like a castle..

A old fort in Oxford.

One of the many local pubs in Oxford.
Also, one of the few red lights you'll see in the town.

A cute little village in the Cotswolds. Did you know Madonna owns a home here?

Another cute little village in the Cotswolds.

A graveyard next to a church built in the 1600's.

A cool shot of the rolling fields in the Cotswolds.

A very small village in the Cotswolds.

A house in the middle of a field. What a view.

Ah, the English countryside!

A very small village called Bourton by the Water, in the Cotswolds.

I like this shot of us driving along an English country road.
